The following delivery charges are for ground deliveries within the Continental United States. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please add $10.00 per order to these delivery charges.

Kitty City does not ship to post office box, APO or FPO addresses.

Each charge is for one address. Additional delivery charges apply to each separate address.

Gift Certificates are emailed at no extra charge. We're sorry, but only electronic emails are sent; no paper certificates are issued.

International Shipping
Kitty City does not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery
We will ship your order as soon as possible via the best method available. Please allow up to two weeks for regular delivery on in stock items. Our delivery services will not forward any packages so please verify all shipping addresses.

Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard for online orders.

To pay by Check or Money Order, orders and payments must be mailed to: Kitty City Mail Order Department, P.O. Box 8398, Calabasas, CA 91372. Please do not send cash.

Sales Tax
For orders delivered within California, we must add sales tax.

Gift Orders
If your order is a gift, Kitty City is happy to include a gift message on the packing list. Please indicate the order is a gift and your message. We are sorry, but we do not currently offer gift wrapping.

Gift Certificates
E- Gift Certificates can only be used for purchases at www.kittycity.com.

Any unused balance will remain for future purchases; cash or credit card refunds will not be issued. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase another Gift Certificate.

Gift Certificates cannot be purchased or redeemed using any discounts, coupons or promotional offers.

Kitty City will not be responsible for incorrect email addresses so please verify the recipient's information before placing your order. We are sorry, but we cannot replace and are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Redeeming Gift Certificates
When redeeming a Gift Certificate please enter the Certificate Number on the Order Form in the field that states "Enter the Coupon or Gift Certificate Code." If your order total is more than the Gift Certificate value, you must use a Credit Card for the balance.
