Gift Certificates
E- Gift Certificates can only be used for purchases at www.kittycity.com.
Any unused balance will remain for future purchases; cash or credit card refunds will not be issued. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase another Gift Certificate.
Gift Certificates cannot be purchased or redeemed using any discounts, coupons or promotional offers.
Kitty City will not be responsible for incorrect email addresses so please verify the recipient's information before placing your order. We are sorry, but we cannot replace and are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
When redeeming a Gift Certificate please enter the Certificate Number on the Order Form in the field that states "Enter the Coupon or Gift Certificate Code."
If your order total is more than the Gift Certificate value, you must use a Credit Card for the balance.
Gift Certificates cannot be purchased or redeemed using any discounts, coupons or promotional offers. E- Gift Certificates can only be used for purchases at www.kittycity.com.
Termination

kittycity.com reserves the right to, at any time, terminate or suspend your
access to all or parts of our website, without notice, for any conduct that
